The job
Staff a drop-in tech help desk at a county senior center: phone and tablet basics, email, video calls, and connecting to wifi. Patience matters far more than technical depth — the county provides a short orientation on working with older adults. Indoor, seated, and consistently the listing people tell us they enjoyed most.
What we handle
